If you had the power to change one thing in this world, what would that be?

I’d change the mindset of women. I’d stop women not being able to live without men, because hey, if I need to depend on him for safety and happiness then he needs to depend on me the exact same amount. Not having a man beside you does not destroy you. Let the world think what they will. If the person I’m married to doesn’t understand and respect me then I don’t need him.

Which colour best describes you?

Probably silver. Not very sure, but I find that colour very fascinating these days.

What is the funniest joke that you’ve heard?

“I think those are mine.” From Go Set A Watchman.

    1. It means understanding their life. Their strengths, weaknesses, motivations. Simply put, why a person wants to live, and if they are living up to that. But, of course, as you say, it can only come after understanding oneself. Which is why I find it hard to find someone who can hold a deep talk with me for more than 10 mins. I give my friends pep talks. They give me bashings. :p

      1. What motivates me to live? Well there’s talk about an eternal hell. So it’s better to suffer in this life in the hope of some finite happiness than give up on life and damned with no chance of retribution. 😦 That and because I don’t want to miss my morning cup of coffee lol …

      3. the self is incapable of looking at itself objectively according to rene descartes, so while I do know my traits and motivation I’ll not make the claim that I know full well what make me, me. Depends on your definition on what hitting on someone is :p

  3. well to me “hitting on” someone is the negative connotation of socializing with someone but in an unacceptable way. In layman terms, that means the person being “hit on” is no longer comfortable with the direction the conversation is taking :p

    This is the urban dictionary definition:

    “Means the speaker doesn’t like that he was talking with her and wants to imply he was flirting with her against her wishes or in an inappropriately close way given the distance of their relationship or lack thereof or given the situation or setting in which the conversation arose (all more implied than specified or actual).”

      P1 and M1 exams on Saturday. One hella day out tomorrow. Nowhere near vacations, brother. And, I just got nominated for the award (which is a blogging award BTW). God know’s if I’ll ever even get it.

      1. Blogging awards are virtual but you can make a page for showcasing all your blog awards. Some people tend to do that 🙂

        The more awards you have, the more prestige or recognition from the community, but some people also choose not to accept any awards on their blog.
